To prepare spicy hummus, combine all ingredients in a food processor. Start food processor and gradually add water, a tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is achieved and all ingredients are combined. Taste for spiciness, adding more cayenne pepper to increase heat.
In 4 shallow serving bowls, spread 1.5 tablespoons of spicy hummus onto the bottoms of each bowl.
Prepare rice as per the instructions on the pack. Divide rice between the serving bowls, and top each bowl with avocado, egg and coriander. Sprinkle with seeds and nuts to serve.
