Buy this product

    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • Dash cayenne pepper
    • 150ml milk 
    • 240g grated Cheddar cheese
    • 2x SEEDS OF CHANGE® Brown & Red Rice with Quinoa & Linseed 240g
    • Chopped fresh chives


In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne.

Cook over medium-low heat for 1 minute.

Gradually stir in milk, whisking constantly.

Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 1 minute longer. Remove from heat.

Gradually stir in cheese until melted.

Meanwhile, heat SEEDS OF CHANGE® Brown & Red Rice with Quinoa & Linseed  as directed on package.

Stir into cheese sauce. Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with chives.
